You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Sagun to store unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
• Do not impersonate another person or family.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans renew or unlock features as described on the pricing page. Taxes may apply.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

Sagun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. See our disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagun is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
