Refund Policy

1. Free plan
The Free plan is, well, free. There is nothing to refund.
2. Family plan
The Family plan is sold per wedding. If you decide it is not for you within 7 days of purchase and you have not exported your register, we will refund 100% — no questions asked. Email us from the same address on your account.
3. Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used the upgrade beyond the Free-plan limits. After 14 days, the lifetime plan is non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Write to hello@sagun.app from the email registered on your account, with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
- Promotional or discounted plans are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Custom or enterprise arrangements are governed by their own agreement.
