📜 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

DaanBook offers three subscription plans:

• Basic Plan - ₹1,000
• Advance Plan - ₹2,100
• Super Advance Plan - ₹3,000

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• ✅ Request made within 7 days of purchase
• ✅ No events have been created using the plan
• ✅ No SMS credits have been used
• ✅ Technical issues preventing service usage (verified by our team)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• ❌ After 7 days from purchase date
• ❌ If you have created any events
• ❌ If SMS credits have been utilized
• ❌ Change of mind after service usage
• ❌ Violation of Terms of Service

4. Refund Process

How to request a refund:

1. Login to your account
2. Go to My Payments section
3. Click on the payment you want to refund
4. Click "Request Refund" button
5. Provide reason for refund
6. Submit request

Processing Time:

• Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Amount will be credited to original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:

• If some features were used but service was disrupted
• Prorated refund based on unused portion of service
• Subject to admin approval

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• ✅ Access continues until current period ends
• ✅ No automatic renewal
• ✅ Data retained for 30 days after expiry
• ❌ No refund for unused time in current period

7. Coupon Codes

Refund policy for discounted purchases:

• Refund amount = Final amount paid (after discount)
• Coupon code cannot be reused after refund
• Coupon validity is not extended

8. Technical Issues

If you face technical issues:

• Contact support immediately
• We will attempt to resolve within 48 hours
• If unresolved, full refund will be issued
